Creations that I made

So this last week I made a lot of charms, mostly for my shop, but I made a few that I won't be selling. This first set is some that I made specifically to wear to work, they're the Cheddars Legendary Monster Cookie, which is a specialty dessert that we sell at work:

I had some of the "fudge sauce" and "whipped cream" left over, so I threw together this 3 layer chocolate fudge cake while I was at it:



I'd probably sell these as a set of earrings but one of the whipped cream toppings looks like it has spikes coming out of it lol. I'll probably make a dessert charm bracelet or keychain and try to sell the better one as part of it, don't know yet though.

I also did my pictures in a new way to see if they might still hold the colors and not look so dark, let me know what you think!

Custom Order

A couple of weeks ago I made some custom charms for one of my
coworkers to make a charm bracelet:

One is a skull with red wings, and the other was a skull and crossbones. They turned out better than I expected, especially when I messed up while painting them and had to do a color wash on he white to antique it so the mistake wouldn't show. So far there hasn't been anything that I haven't been able to make, I always seem to manage it somehow!

I forgot to get pictures of them before I took them with me to work to give to her, so I only got this crappy iPhone pic lol.

New Items up on Etsy!

I put up some new items for sale today on Etsy, brings me to a total of 19 items for sale so far! I haven't sold anything yet, but 4 of my items have been favorited, so I hope to sell something soon! I really need some feedback, I think that would help, but I have to sell something first! I don't have money to buy anything right now.

First I have some cupcake charms, I have 2 of them so they'd make great earrings too:



Next I have some Mario style charms, that cane be used for many things, but that I use as interchangeable earrings:



Next are 2 keychains that are the same colors, just switched on the second:





I've been using fotofuze to make my pictures brighter (my camera always takes dark pictures, no matter what I do!), but some of them have been coming out grainy. I really need to figure out a better way to get good pictures, because this just isn't working.

Finally got it done!

I finally got my shop banner made and up on my shop! It's rather simple, but I like it. I don't have my Photoshop set up on my computer right now, so that I managed to make a good one at all is pretty much a miracle! (Rather frustrating trying to make one without good tools too lol.) In hindsight I probably could have finished it faster by installing Photoshop, but I haven't yet found the disc since we moved a few months ago. Check it out and let me know what you think!

New Blog!

Working on setting up a blog that I can use to talk about and show my crafting creations that I'll either sell on my Etsy account, give to a loved one, or possibly even keep for myself!  I can't wait to start showing the world my things and hopefully getting some feedback!  It's late now, so more to come when I'm wide awake!
