Lemon Meringue Pie!
Well, it's been a few weeks since I posted anything, first I was sick then my computer was lol. I did make a few things, though mostly custom orders for my co-workers. This post is all about the Lemon Meringue Pie that I tried a new method to make, I think it turned out great! I don't have a glaze on it as of yet, I haven't yet decided how or if I want to glaze it.
